Engineers Relationships


 

Objectives:
Enhancing relations between SCE and its employees by all available means in order to building trust and achieving cooperation and developing service quality throughout providing comprehensive service (professional accreditation – engineering offices – engineering arbitration – training and programs) so as to achieve objectives and aspirations of SCE and enhancing service level represented by engineers relations.


The Administration responsibilities:
-Qualifying employees in work relations at SCE as it is real front of SCE.
-Providing technical support for professional accreditation and for engineering offices and engineering arbitration.
-Technical support for training and courses admission.
-Analyzing and evaluating problems facing engineers in order to apply best solutions.
-Providing suitable contact channels between engineers and SCE and vice versa.
-Following up engineers pending and delayed proposals in the system (follow up Department).
-Preparing reports and statistics and directing them to concerned administrations.
-Providing urgent services for emergency cases for engineers (by completion of application quickly).
-Providing suitable environment professionally for employees in different departments.
-Delivering opinions and proposal of engineers to concerned departments and following them up.
-Submitting ideas and solutions to develop SCE.
-Following up SCE system electronically and informing specified administration with problems facing engineers.
