​Saudi Council of Engineers is pleased to invite you to attend the 21st Gulf Engineering Forum the Bahrain Society of Engineers, in collaboration with the Gulf Engineering Union, during the period 21-22 February 2018 in Manama, the capital of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Under the theme “Disputes in Engineering Projects and Resolution Methods”. This is one of the events that the Union intends to organize in line with its objectives and directions that aim to promote the development and construction process in G.C.C countries. The major challenges resulting from infrastructure projects and from various urban development projects which are represented in the delay in the execution of these projects, increase in their cost, and exhaustion of extensive resources by all parties for the sake of resolving such disputes, require us to develop legislation, laws, and regulations system to enable the GCC institutions to rely on it.  This is extremely important to boost the competitive capability of the G.C.C countries on both regional and international levels in order to attract more investments.
