Human Resource Management


Human Resources and administration affairs Department worked on achieving plans, objectives and strategies of SCE meeting SCE developing process in general while at the same time matching departments and branches' needs.  The Department set priorities to be done this year including the following:

  1. -Implementing annual evaluating program for employees and discovering talents and preparing senior managers.
  2. -Completion of all administrative work by turning them into electronic ones.
  3. -Planning to obtain ISO certificate for establishments.
