    • Letter of introduction from work (certified by the Chamber of Commerce)

    • Equivalence certificate from the Ministry of Education for those holding qualifications from outside the Kingdom، or approval from the Ministry of Education regarding the accuracy of the content and publications

    Service Conditions


    • Valid membership with the Authority.
    • Obtaining a higher scientific qualification in one of the engineering or architectural disciplines such as (bachelor's or master's degree or meeting the minimum standards of engineering/architectural education).
    • Pass the Fundamentals of Engineering/Architecture (FE/FA) exam.
    • Equivalency certificate from the Ministry of Education for those with qualifications from outside the Kingdom, or approval from the Ministry of Education on the validity of content and issuance (for Saudis), or authentication of the certificate from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cultural Attachés (for non-Saudis).
    • Attach the necessary documents to complete the registration process (ID/border number, passport, work identification letter, academic record).
    • Signature of acknowledgment and authorization (can be obtained through electronic forms on the Authority's website).
    • The academic program must be accredited locally and internationally.
