Introduction:
Scientific research is considered a very important concept in each nation and we can notice severe competitiveness in developed countries on training of scientific research especially regarding expenditure on scientific research and studies, maximizing allocations and spending money generously on training of scientific research. Based on this concept, several inventions and discoveries came to light and have financial and moral consequences. In this way, countries are developed achieving great goals and objectives, reflecting on valuable outcomes and most importantly state’s reputation.
The Administration Objectives:
1-Implementing SCE vision throughout the Administration scope.
2-Providing database for researches, studies and scholars in several fields of engineering.
3-Encouraging engineers elite to conduct researches, studies and developments.
4-Implementing several engineering researches and studies and supervising them in addition to participation.
5-Conducting free lectures and programs in the scope of the Administration.

Objectives:
1-Developing services that are presented by SCE throughout scientific research and collecting data and creating think tank.
2-Providing scientific consultation for some entities in terms of researches and studies.
3-Participating in engineering scientific research with other entities (by participation of members engineering sections).
4-Organizing administrative, technical and financial procedures for researches and studies in this regard.
5-Benefiting from researches and studies that are published.
6-Contributing in building national capabilities when conducting research and studies. Such studies will be implemented and organized in addition to writing research plan, financial and human resources and publishing them.
7-Encouraging publication of researches in the field of periodicals in the Kingdom and presenting them to members.
8-Determining most engineering problems and directing scientific research to solve them.
