The purpose of the Young Professionals Award is to highlight and promote the talent of next generation

leaders in the consultancy engineering industry across the world, and to encourage an active and effective

participation of FIDIC young professionals (YPs) for maintaining the sustainable development of the industry.

The YP Award is open to all young professionals (YPs) aged 40 and under and working for consulting

engineering firms that are members of FIDIC Member Associations.
