Registration and payment policy for training courses in the Training and Development Professional Department of the Saudi Council of Engineers
Registration Mechanism:
• Obtaining a valid membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• The registration process will be through the (training.saudieng.sa system) or choose electronic services icon and then choose training and development, to register for training courses.
• Choose the required training course.
• The trainee should read the full details of the training course to ensure it's suitable to his needs before the registration process.
• Priority of reserving seats with precedence over registration and payment in case of fees.
• Notification of a text message detailing the payment process.
• Paying the training course fees through the payment port (SADAD) to the account number of the Saudi Council of Engineers (123)
• Payment before the invoice expires, as stated in the text message.
• Notification of registration confirmation by text message.
Payment and Refund Policy:
• All registration fees for courses in Saudi Riyals.
• Refund of payment fees, request of cancelation the course must be submitted within 5 working days before the start date of the course.
• To cancel the course, it is necessary to log in to the training requests website training.saudieng.sa and clicking on the Cancel button and filling in the online retrieval form.
• The course refund takes up to 20 working days.
• The trainee cannot change the course after paying the bill.
• All partially funded courses fees are non-refundable.
Policies, terms and conditions:
• The approval of the general terms and conditions is an acknowledgment by the registrar of his acceptance and his commitment to the laws and policies of the Training and Development Department in the Saudi Council of Engineers, and he is not entitled to file cases against the Saudi Council of Engineers in a manner that is otherwise.
• Registration will be available in the training course until the number of seats is completed.
• During the course, the trainee cannot withdrawal to and refund of the course fees.
• The trainee is responsible for the data in the personal account on the site of the Saudi Council of Engineers and the information entered on the site by the trainee, whose data will be based on the certificate without the slightest responsibility of the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• The Training and Development Department of the Saudi Council of Engineers has all rights to postpone or cancel the training course.
• Show the identity of the trainee to the Saudi Council of Engineers, if requested.
• Commitment to a uniform commensurate with the professional nature and not contrary to the general taste.
• During the training session, the mobile phone must be in silent mode or switched off.
• Smoking is prohibited in the building of the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Not to copy or photocopy the scientific or lecture material except with permission from the course supervisor.
• Commitment and obligation to the training course timeline.
• The trainee will be considered absent in the course when delay more than 15 minutes from the of the training course time.
• The trainee is not entitled to obtain the certificate if the attendance rate is not fulfilled 80% of the total training hours.
• The Saudi Council of Engineers disclaims responsibility for any lost items from the trainees.
• children are not allowed, even with facilities.
• The trainee or the candidate will bear the shipping cost if the delivery is in another city, whether the certificates are from the authority or an external entity.
• Registration does not mean final acceptance into the training program.
• The Training and Development Department has the right to document training programs through photography and publish them on social media.
• The Training and Development Department of the Saudi Council of Engineers has the right to amend these terms and conditions, if necessary without prior notice.
